ingredients
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chives
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup canned shrimp
1 medium cucumber, sliced and scored
directions
Mix well parsley, chives, sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice and shrimp.
Spoon on slices of cucumber. Garnish with a small sprig of parsley.
