2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon Mccormick® Grill Mates® Montreal steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® dried thyme Leaves
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 pound striped bass fillets (can substitute tilapia or other firm white fish

Mix tomato, oil, steak seasoning and thyme in small bowl. Spread mixture over fish fillets.
Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not turn fish.
