It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

ingredients
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 package (16 oz. size) wonton skins
non-stick cooking spray
Optional
salsa
mustard sauce
avocado dip
sour cream dip
directions
Combine margarine, mustard, onion powder, garlic salt and red pepper.
Separate wonton skins. Fold skins to form interesting shapes or triangles. Place in a single layer on baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brush with margarine mixture.
Bake wonton skins in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Repeat until all wontons are baked. Cool on a wire rack.
Serve with salsa, mustard sauce or dips. Store in a tightly closed container up to two weeks.
