Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I think this was a great recipe with one exception. I'm not sure if the recipe was correct when calling for 1 and half tablespoons of seasoning salt, perhaps there was an error and the recipe should have read one and half TEASPOONS of seasoning salt instead of TABLESPOONS. It was a bit salty using one and half tablespoons. Other than that, the recipe was great. I reccommend using Frank's Red Hot Sauce for the hot sauce.
