ingredients
4 cups Cheerios cereal
1 cup raisins
1 cup salted peanuts
1/4 cup butter
1 package (6 ounce size) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
directions
Mix the Cheerios, raisins, and peanuts in a large bowl. Set aside.
Melt the butter over a low heat. Pour the butter over the Cheerio mixture and toss until thoroughly coated. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cereal mixture and toss again.
Store in sealed container.

I use butterscotch chips instead of chocolate and I find it needs more butter to come close to coating it thoroughly
