12 ounces Canned artichoke hearts; drained
3 pounds Chopped spinach; thawed
2 1/2 pounds Sour cream
1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
2 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese; grated
1/2 large Onion; chopped
1 cup Cilantro; chopped
3 tablespoons White vinegar
