I have tried this recipe 3 times because it sounds so good, but each time the bottom "crust" layer turns out too hard. When I try to cut the brownies it's almost impossible to cut through it. When you eat it that layer also feels rock hard. Not sure how to change the recipe so that the bottom layer isn't rock hard.
Try reducing the baking time for the crust?
