Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken And Rice Wraps

ingredients
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup water
2 cups chunky salsa or picante sauce
1 1/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cubed
10 flour tortillas (10-inch size)
directions
Mix soup, water, salsa, rice and chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until done.
Spoon about 1 cup rice mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling.

I don't like rice cooked in the crock pot so what I always do in any recipe that calls for rice is cook it separate and add it at the end. That's what I did with this recipe and we LOVED IT!!! It's really good and so simple. It makes a lot though. I wasn't really thinking when I started making it and I should have cut the recipe in half but I think it will keep fine for a few days and since we all loved it so much we will definitely enjoy the leftovers.

I envisioned a rice 'n chicken dish less gooey..I think 7-8 hours is waaay too long. I made it twice in two days and even with tweaking time and liquid, there was little difference between the two finished products. However, no one minded and both batches were gobbled up! Next time, I'm doing the rice separately - adding last thing.
