This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

2 tablespoons butter, softened
flour tortillas, 10 inch
shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
pizza sauce
sliced pepperoni
Heat a large skillet over med-low heat. Spread butter over one side of a tortilla, and place it, butter side down, in the skillet. Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce over the tortilla.
Sprinkle as much cheese as you wish over the sauce, run a line of pepperoni down the center of the tortilla. Bring one side half way in and fold in the other overlapping the ends to form a wrap. Cook until golden on each side.
