2 tablespoons butter, softened flour tortillas, 10 inch shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese pizza sauce sliced pepperoni
directions
Heat a large skillet over med-low heat. Spread butter over one side of a tortilla, and place it, butter side down, in the skillet. Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce over the tortilla.
Sprinkle as much cheese as you wish over the sauce, run a line of pepperoni down the center of the tortilla. Bring one side half way in and fold in the other overlapping the ends to form a wrap. Cook until golden on each side.
Easy as an afternoon snack for the kids. We vary the "toppings" and have used ground beef, sausage, mushrooms, chicken, peppers, you name it. Also good way to use up some leftovers for what we call "refrigerator" pizza
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
