Slow Cooker Cheesy Taco Chicken

ingredients
1 pound chicken tenders
1 packet (1.25 ounce size) taco seasoning
1 can (10 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 ounce size) Cheddar cheese soup
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, your favorite variety (a fajita blend works well)
directions
Season the chicken tenders with the taco seasoning and place in the crock pot. Pour both cans of soup over the top of the chicken.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is cooked. During the last hour of cooking, add the vegetables and stir to combine.
Serve with tortillas or over rice.

I cut the chicken into strips before adding to the crock pot. Mixed with cooked spanish rice when done and served in tortillas for a cheater chicken taco.

After cooking I shredded the chicken, put it on top of rice, and sprinkled a little cheddar cheese on top...and it was awesome! Everyone LOVED it. It is now on our regular menu.
