1/2 cup rice
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
directions
In a 9" x 13" glass baking dish, pour rice evenly on bottom. Place chicken on top.
In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees F for 1-3/4 hours until chicken is done. Reduce the time if using boneless chicken breasts.
