Honey Balsamic Chicken

ingredients
4 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
directions
Mix completely the first 6 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Pour half of the mixture in a small bowl for cooking.
Rinse the chicken in cold water and pat dry. Place the chicken in the medium sized bowl and marinate for at least 4 hours.
Place in a hot skillet with the remaining marinade. It will create a really thick and tasty sauce.

Great recipe. would of given a 5 but I have to cook it a few more times. it was very easy to prep. I would highly recommend this recipe. Might want to add a little more mint to make it sweeter.
