Slow Cooker Sweet And Sour Brats

8 bratwurst
3 medium green bell peppers, seeded and sliced
2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 can (16 ounce size) pineapple chunks, drained
1 bottle (18 ounce size) barbecue sauce
directions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bratwurst and cook, turning, to brown on all sides. Place the bratwurst in the crockpot.
Add the bell peppers, onion, pineapple and barbecue sauce to the crock pot and stir well to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or until the brats are cooked through.
Serve the brats on buns, topped with the sauce.
