ingredients

1 1/2 pound browned ground beef
2 cans (15 ounce size) sliced new potatoes, drained
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
OR
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
1 cup frozen corn
salt and pepper, to taste

directions

Place half of the potatoes in the crock pot; add meat and onion. Next, layer with corn, then the remaining potatoes. Spoon mushroom soup over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
