Tuna Hero Loaf With Tomato Sauce

ingredients
Loaf
2 cups prepared biscuit baking mix
2/3 cup milk
Tuna Filling
2 cans (7 ounce size) tuna, drained
1/2 cup salad dressing
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Creamy Tomato Sauce
1 can tomato soup (no water)
1/2 cup cream or half and half
1/4 cup sliced, pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
directions
For Loaf: Knead and roll out in a floured 10- x 12-inch cookie sheet. Spread tuna filling on center third of dough and make slits on each side of dough.
Fold in braid style over tuna mixture. Brush dough loaf with a combination of one egg and 1 tablespoon of milk. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 425 degrees F.
For Filling: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
For Sauce: Heat ingredients in saucepan, stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated.
Serve over finished, baked tuna loaf.
