1 envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
8 ounces medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can (6.5 ounce size) tuna, drained and flaked
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Whisk together the soup mix and milk in a large bowl. Stir in the peas and carrots, noodles, and tuna. Transfer the tuna mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle the top evenly with the cheese.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve the tuna casserole hot.

It was great using canned chicken (I buy Costco's). Since we are overfishing our oceans chicken is a great alternative.
Going to make it today but going to add 2 eggs and a cup of cheese.Without that it would be runny.
It's not runny but go ahead and modify it to your liking.

YUM! My family loved this dish- I read the previous review about it being too thin... I added a little bit of Velveeta (not really that much) but found the 1/2 c milk to be just fine. It was truly an all in one dish with the veggies included. Great find!!

This had good flavor, but needed a thickener. Maybe that requisite can of soup. The milk stayed on the bottom and everything was runny. Yuk
