Biscuit Topped Tuna Bake

ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (12 ounce size) tuna, drained and flaked
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of potato soup
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (7.5 ounce size) refrigerated flaky biscuits
directions
In large skillet over medium high heat, heat oil, saute onion and celery until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients, except biscuits, and heat thoroughly.
Transfer mixture to 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits around edge of dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
