Scrambled Eggs And Hot Dogs

4 hot dogs sliced in thin round slices
8 eggs beaten and season with salt and pepper
1 teaspoon butter (or cooking spray)
ketchup or picante sauce
hot dog buns or flour tortillas
Place hot dog slices with butter in skillet, stir and brown until heated through. Pour eggs into the skillet with the hot dogs and stir with a fork until eggs are done to your liking.
Serve on a plate, in a hot dog bun or wrapped in a flour tortilla. Top with ketchup and/or picante sauce.

I used all-beef uncured hot dogs from Applegate Farms (love that brand!) and served these on low carb tortillas. You could also use salsa or add some hot sauce if you want to spice things up a bit.
