Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

1 package McCormick Grill Mates baja citrus marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
5 cups assorted fresh vegetable pieces, such as yellow squash, zucchini and red bell pepper
Mix marinade mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Place shrimp and vegetables in 2 separate resealable plastic bags. Pour half of the marinade into each bag; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove shrimp and vegetables from marinade. Discard shrimp marinade; reserve vegetable marinade. Alternately thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning frequently and basting with reserved vegetable marinade.
Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water for at least 30 minutes before threading with shrimp and vegetables. This prevents them from burning when on the grill.
Notes: Grill Mates Baja Citrus Marinade flavors shrimp and vegetable kabobs with citrus, chili peppers and cilantro.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

Had these for a patio party last weekend and they were such a hit! The shrimp was perfectly done and the flavor was amazing. I can't wait to make them again
