The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
10 wonton wrappers
non-stick cooking spray
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
10 drops hot pepper sauce
directions
Press wonton wrappers into miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Spritz wrappers with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the eggs, garlic powder and salt. Heat a small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray until hot. Add egg mixture and cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
Spoon eggs into cups. Top each with chopped tomato and a drop of pepper sauce.
