ingredients

hot water
2 eggs

directions

Add 1/2-inch of very hot water to the slow cooker. Cover the slow cooker and heat on HIGH heat for 30 minutes.

Grease 4-ounce custard cups (or other heatproof ramekins). Carefully break 1 egg into each cup. Place the custard cups in the bottom of the crock pot in a single layer.

Cover the crock pot and cook on HIGH heat for 12-15 minutes for a runny yolk, or until desired doneness.

Serve the eggs in the custard cups or carefully scoop them out with a rubber spatula onto a plate.

crock pot notes

Crock pots/slow cookers all heat differently. There is no standard among manufacturers. Cooking times are suggested guidelines based on our testing. Please adjust cooking times and temps to work with your brand and model of slow cooker.
