ingredients
2 1/4 cups cooked rice
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen peas, thawed
1 jar (6 ounce size) sliced mushrooms, drained
6 ounces process cheese product, cubed
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, peas, mushrooms, and cubed cheese. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Cover the dish with foil then place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot.
