1 chicken breast, grilled
1 cup dry Marsala wine
1/2 cup butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms, sauteed
directions
Add Marsala wine, salt and pepper to a hot pan; reduce wine by 70 percent.
Several tablespoons at a time, stir in butter until sauce is creamy. Add hot sauteed mushrooms. Pour sauce over grilled chicken before serving.

If you notice most copy cats used heavy cream NOT in recipe. Yes need prosciutto and onions. But closer than any other by far!others ad to much. Its simple season of s/p then fresh han, onions parsley...dont add all kind of things to it. This is closer the trade mark recipe is available online

Original recipe was too heavy on the butter. Second time around I used 1/3 recommended amount of butter and increased mushrooms by 1/3. Excellent results! Also great with steak.
