This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I was craving stewed apples and I am on a tight budget. Most of the recipes I found needed a lot of ingredients that were unnecessary. This recipe is simple, inexpensive, delicious, easy to make, and a crowd-pleaser. It reminds me of stewed apples my grandma and mom made in childhood; it also tastes just as good as the ones served in restaurants. Bon appetit!
