20 ounces frozen broccoli
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup butter (softened)
Blend milk, eggs, salt and butter. Add Bisquick, then add cheese. Add broccoli, half cooked.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until cooked.

I have been making this for years. I usually ground hamburger or sausage to add to it. Big hit in my family!!

Yummy! This was such an easy and tasty recipe. Much better than recipes with processed cheese. The broccoli was so cheesy and sweet, even my kids gobbled it up. I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks!
