This sensational dipping sauce made with fresh ginger and sesame oil adds a serious punch of flavor to some potstickers or other dumplings of choice.

1/3 cup dark soy sauce
3 slices fresh ginger, minced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili oil
Whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and chili oil until well mixed. Set aside for 15 minutes. Serve with steamed or fried dumplings.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 2 days.
