Add some festive flair to your holiday table. This colorful dish is made with shredded green and red cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and red onion, all tossed in a creamy dressing.

ingredients
2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 red onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and very finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and very finely chopped
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup vinaigrette salad dressing
directions
Mix the green cabbage, red cabbage, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and grated carrots in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and vinaigrette until combined. Pour the dressing mixture over the vegetables and mix gently.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for 4-8 hours. Stir before serving.
