1 cup boiling water
1 can (8 ounce size) apricots
1 package cream cheese
1 container (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed slightly
directions
Blend in a blender the gelatin, boiling water, apricots and cream cheese. Chill until almost set.
Whisk or beat in whipping topping.
