1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 large head iceberg lettuce, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup chow mein noodles
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
In a jar with tight fitting lid, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper; shake well. Chill for 1 hour.
Just before serving, combine the lettuce, tomato, onions, chow mein noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl; add dressing and toss.
