1 pound lettuce, shredded
1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles, crushed (reserve seasoning packet for dressing)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almonds, slivered or sliced
Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon Accent seasoning mix
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
Combine the lettuce, ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a large bowl.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the salt, vinegar, Accent, salad oil, black pepper, ramen seasoning mix, and sugar.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well to coat the salad in the dressing.
