ingredients
2 cups freshly grated longhorn cheese, at room temperature
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup diced black olives
6 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon curry powder
directions
Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, olives, green onions, parsley, and curry powder in a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until well combined.
Transfer the black olive dip to a serving bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip until well chilled.
Let the dip come to room temperature before serving. Store the leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
