1 pound leftover roast beef
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
OR
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Grind meat in food processor or grinder. Mix with rest of the ingredients.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serving suggestion: Use on decrusted rye bread rounds.
