It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

- #61785

over 5 hrs
ingredients
12 ounces fresh or canned corned beef, finely chopped
1 jar (5 ounce size) horseradish
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, minced
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
worcestershire sauce, to taste
1 large round unsliced pumpernickel or rye loaf, for serving
directions
Prepare the bread bowl by slicing off the top of the loaf, then removing bread in chunks so that a shell about 3/4" thick is left. Reserve bread for dipping if you wish.
Mix the remaining ingredients well (in a food processor or blender if available). Chill for several hours or overnight.
Serve in the hollowed out bread bowl garnished with chopped parsley. Keeps well in the refrigerator. Can be served with assorted crackers or cocktail rye slices.
