4 cups blueberries
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1 dash salt
directions
Grease and flour a suitable baking dish. Add berries.
Combine milk, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Add flour and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over berries.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until golden and puffy.
