2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cup shortening
1/3 cup cold water
4 bananas
8 tablespoons raisins

Peel bananas, cut into slices and place 1/2 sliced banana on half of each square or dough. Add 1 Tablespoon raisins and 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds to each square. Fold far end of dough over filling, to form a triangle. Seal edges.
