ingredients
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 large bananas, peeled and sliced
vanilla ice cream
directions
In medium skillet combine brown sugar, butter, half-and-half, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add sliced bananas, stirring gently to coat. Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, or until soft, stirring occasionally. Serve over ice cream.
