6 small baking potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
onion salt to taste
1/4 cup caviar
directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake whole potatoes 50 minutes. Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp, leaving a thin layer attached to shell. Mash pulp until smooth.
Whip sour cream and onion salt into the mashed potatoes. Spoon mixture back into potato shells. Sprinkle 1 tsp. caviar onto each potato half.
