Tater tots replace baked potatoes in this version of the popular appetizer, potato skins. Tots are baked until crisp then topped with cheese, bacon, green onions, and served with sour cream for dipping.

1/2 package Tater Tots
1 cup shredded cheese
4 slices thick sliced bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer on sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and green onions. Continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream.
