ingredients
3 cups broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups carrots, sliced
3 cups red cabbage, sliced
1 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienne-cut
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium teriyaki marinade and sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili oil
directions
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Combine vinegar and next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss gently.
Cover and chill for 2 hours.
