ingredients

1 small bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
6 medium carrots
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil

directions

Break cauliflower into florets. Peel and julienne the stem. Slice peeled carrots, and clean and slice mushrooms. Turn into a tightly covered container.

Mix rest of ingredients and pour over vegetables.

Refrigerate overnight, turning the container several times. Drain off marinade to serve.
