ingredients
3 baking potatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
directions
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/4" strips. Pat dry with paper towel.
Combine egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the potatoes and toss to coat.
Place in a single layer on a greased 15x10 pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes, turning several times.
