ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings
Marinade
1 cup your favorite hot sauce
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into 2 sections. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
Place chicken on the rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes, or until chicken is nicely browned, turning to brown both sides evenly. Transfer chicken to crockpot.
In a large bowl, combine marinade ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken wings in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

Very tasty! I used 1/2 a cup of hot sauce and 1/2 a cup a BBQ. Also I used 1/4 cup of soy and 1/4 cup of worchestershire sauce. It was a great football party hit.

Tasted great, but hard to eat. 4 hours in the slow cooker may be too long as these were falling apart. I did add 1/4 cup of honey to the sauce which balanced the soy sauce better I think.
