Mediterranean Chicken Wings

10 chicken wings
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon olive oil
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the chicken wings at the joints. Discard the wing tips (or save for another use).
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, basil, and olive oil. Add the chicken and coat in the mixture.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a rack on top of the foil. Add the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Turn the wings over and bake for 25 more minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the wings are golden brown.
Serve hot.
