It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Want a quick tip for making amazing chicken wings? Try marinating them in Italian dressing and soy sauce before baking them until crispy. Party perfect, every time.

4 pounds chicken wings
1 bottle (16 ounce size) Italian dressing (not the creamy kind)
8 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium is fine
Remove the tips from the wings and cut the wings into drummies and flappers.
Place the wings in a zip-top plastic bag or bowl. Add the Italian dressing and soy sauce. Mix well. Seal the bag (or cover the bowl) and place in the refrigerator. Marinate for 4-10 hours, turning the bag occasionally (or stirring the mixture in the bowl).
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Remove the wings from the marinade with a slotted spoon and spread evenly in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for 2-3 hours, turning the wings occasionally to brown on all sides.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
