This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

The hoisin sauce gives the chicken wings a rich and savory flavor, while the slow cooker ensures that the wings stays moist and juicy. These wings are perfect for a party or a casual get-together.

2 1/2 pounds chicken wings or drumettes or combination
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup honey
5 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 piece (1 inch size) fresh ginger peeled and grated
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Place the chicken wings in the crock pot. In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well then pour over the chicken wings. Gently toss the wings to coat in the sauce (don't toss too much or the sauce will fall off).
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir before serving. If desired, place the wings on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for a few minutes to brown them before serving.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

This is a very easy recipe. It should be rated as "1". Basically, it's just mixing everything onto the wings. I used garlic powder since I had no garlic cloves and the 12 pieces of chicken wings on 4 hours high turned out perfect. I poured out the juicy sauce over some white rice. Excellent taste! Easy to make! I will cook it again! Thanks for the recipe.
