5 pounds chicken wings
Marinade
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup peanut or canola oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, minced

2 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons sriracha (optional)
Remove the wing tips and separate the wings into drummies and flappers. Divide the wings between zip-top plastic bags.
Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide the marinade between the plastic bags. Seal the bags and turn to coat the wings in the marinade.
Place the bags in the refrigerator and marinate the wings for 4 hours or overnight. Turn the bags occasionally.
When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium heat.
Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the wings on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Just took these bad boys off the grill and let me just say - WOW! These are probably the best Asian wings I've ever had. Just the right balance of flavor. Spot on! Nice work!!
