ingredients
1 can (16 ounce size) whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 pounds chicken wings
directions
Stir together cranberry sauce, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger in saucepan over low heat. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes.
Toss chicken wings well in cranberry sauce mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Discard garlic. Turn chicken wings into baking pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until done, turning once.
