Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

These party-favorites have the heat of buffalo wings with a little sweetness to make them completely addicting. Want extra flavor? Brush them with the sauce and let sit a few hours (or overnight) in the fridge before baking.
24 chicken wings, drummies and flappers
1/2 cup melted butter
6 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the wings in a single layer in a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, hot sauce, cayenne, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic. Mix well.
Brush the wings with the sauce and place the dish in the oven. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, basting frequently with the sauce.
When the wings are cooked, turn the oven to broil. Toss the wings in the remaining sauce and return to the baking dish. Place under the broil and broil for 1-2 minutes or until the skin has crisped and the sauce begins to caramelize.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.

I was worried this might be too sweet so I only used 1/2 cup of the brown sugar in it. Turned out delicious! Spicy sweet!

This is a family favorite, however we don't make it exactly the way the recipe describes. We fry the wings first, or purchase deli wings. Then we turn and baste every 10 minutes. It was also a great hit at a dinner party we had with the other members we met while vacationing in Florida. The last couple minutes I slip them under the broiler just to crisp them up a bit BUT WATCH THEM because the sugar will make them burn faster.

I tried this, but there was just too much brown sugar. While the brown sugar did add something I had never had in buffalo wings before, this was just a bit much. I gave it a little something resembling a bbq sauce, but better, and a better ratio should be worked out
