Adobe Roasted Chicken Wings

ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
directions
Combine all ingredients except chicken.
Rub mixture onto meat. Place chicken in lightly-greased 9" x 13" pan. Roast for 60 to 70 minutes at 400 degrees F or until done.

This was delicious! We coated the chicken with the mixture using a plastic bag, making the recipe even easier. We also lined the pan with foil - no cleanup. The chicken was moist and flavorful. We made enough for 16 and it was gone in a flash. Will definitely do this again.
