Bacon Chicken Alfredo Pizza

ingredients
1 package (14 ounce size) Italian pizza crust
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1 package (6 ounce size) cooked and diced chicken breast meat
1 package (2.1 ounce size) pre-cooked bacon, halved, heated as directed on package
1 cup shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar pizza cheese
1/4 cup garlic herb Parmesan cheese
directions
Spread pizza crust with Alfredo sauce to within 1 inch of edge of crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

We cooked this pizza on our grill (it's a "big green egg" grill) and it was amazing. I love thin crust so we used the boxed Jiffy mix pizza crust and I also tossed in some fresh minced garlic, basil, oregano, and a dash of salt with the chicken after I cooked and shredded it to really add a rich flavor. Instead of the precooked bacon I just used regular thick cut bacon and partially cooked it before adding it. Enjoy!- We sure did!
